3.1 Product Listings

We provide digital products including but not limited to code templates, UI kits, plugins, and software components ("Products").

3.2 License Grants

Unless otherwise specified, Products are licensed under our Standard License which permits:

• Use in personal and commercial projects
• Modification and adaptation
• Use in unlimited projects

Extended licenses may be available for additional rights.

3.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Products as-is
• Use Products in products that compete with the original Product
• Remove copyright notices or license information

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4.3 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Products, we generally do not offer refunds except in cases where:

• The Product is materially defective
• The Product was misrepresented
• Required by applicable law

5. User Content

5.1 Submissions

You retain ownership of any code, comments, or other content you submit to the Platform ("User Content").

5.2 License to Soft Code Hub

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Platform.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is illegal, defamatory, or obscene

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Soft Code Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFT CODE HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soft Code Hub from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
